Information on this site

Prices, hours, programs and coaching staff are provided for general information and may change without notice. All rentals, programs, and memberships are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. A booking or program spot is only confirmed when we, or CatchCorner for hourly rentals, confirm it.

Bookings and payments

Hourly batting cages and soccer fields are booked and paid for on CatchCorner, under CatchCorner’s terms. Other rentals, programs, memberships, lessons and camps are arranged with us directly and paid by Interac e-Transfer, cash or cheque, as described on our Payment page. Cancellations, refunds and credits are handled as agreed when you book; please ask us before you pay.

Using the facility

Baseball, softball, soccer and strength training carry an inherent risk of injury. Participants, and parents or guardians of minors, are responsible for using the facility safely and may be asked to sign a waiver and follow posted facility rules. Minors must be supervised as required by the facility.

Photos and video on this site are for illustration. Some facility images and clips are enhanced or animated with AI tools from real photos of our facility and may not show the current layout or equipment exactly.

Links and sponsors

Links to third-party sites, including CatchCorner, Home Run Sports, Instagram, Google Maps and our sponsors, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, products or policies. Sponsor logos and names belong to their owners, and a sponsorship is not an endorsement of any product.

The Launch Pad name, logo, text and photos on this site may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, The Launch Pad is not liable for any loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
